Poppy Campaign 2021 (In-person)

1.   Participant(s): Cadets and staff members as per schedule below
2.   OPI: Capt Pascal
3.   Date: 30 Oct 21
4.   Time: 
  1. AM Shift: 0900-1200hrs
  2. PM Shift: 1300-1600hrs
5.   Location: 
  1. Cadets are asked to go directly to the site as per below schedule
  2. Staff members will pick up the collection trays and meet the cadets at each site.

6.   Transportation: Parents are responsible for the transportation of their cadets. 
7.   Dress: C3-Service Dress
8.   Details: 
  1. Every year 5 Cyclone Squadron provides support to the Russell Legion during its Poppy Campaign.  
  2. Provincial Public Health Measures in place:
    1. The requirement to physically distance between individuals to a minimum of six feet or two meters wearing a mask           
    2. The requirement to show proof of vaccine before entering any commercial establishment to canvass for donations applies to all volunteers       
  3. Wearing of the Poppy: Refer to the image below.  Note that poppies will be available for cadets upon arrival on site.
