5 Cyclone - Fitness Challenge Centre

Introduction

This Fitness Challenge has been put together to help you keep moving, while doing your best to get  through the COVID-19 stand-down.

It comes in 3 difficulty levels, so you can choose the level that best matches your current fitness situation.

Remember that quality is more important than quantity, so be sure you're doing the exercises in a controlled, deliberate manner.

Warm-up, and get ready. You CAN do this!


Beginner

Beginner Level Programme

Intermediate
